I understand the importance of connecting your credit card information to QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to help you, info-promoboxllc.

Error code 353 usually indicates that there is an issue with your bank connection, which could be due to the recent change made to your credit card details. To further investigate the problem, could you please tell me the name of your financial institution? That way, I can provide you with more specific instructions to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, you can disconnect and reconnect your bank account in QBO to refresh the connection between QBO and your bank after updating your credit card information.

Here's how you can disconnect and reconnect your bank account:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the bank account.
  3. Select the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
  4. Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
  5. Select Save and Close.

After this, you can reconnect the account to start downloading transactions again. QuickBooks automatically downloads and categorizes your transactions to save time when updating your bank feeds. All you have to do is to review and approve them.
