My custom invoice broke somehow. Can anyone else tell me if they have this problem in the last two weeks?

My settings and spacing is all messed up.  It worked 2 weeks ago, but now it is all over the page.

At this time, we are not experiencing any problems with customized invoices. If any modifications have been implemented, feel free to check the settings and adjust the template as needed.

 

Make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Once that’s confirmed, we can proceed with basic troubleshooting to determine if it resolves the issue. To begin, verify that you have the correct link and copy the URL. Then, open an incognito browser and paste the link into the address bar.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it resolves the issue, return to your regular browser and clear the cache. If the problem persists, try using other supported browsers and make sure they're updated.
