Question

My customer-specific sales invoice reminders (setup as recurring transactions) do not get removed from Dashboards/Tasks list after I use them.

I am also having this issue.  To clarify what the issue is, I have described it below.  I have setup sales invoice reminders as recurring transactions so that at the end of the month, I can go into the Dashboard / Tasks and see an invoice reminder for each customer I need to invoice.  In the past, I would only have to update some general details specific for that month.  Once I saved, it would provide me with an invoice number, and close the reminder.  After saving, the dashboard would remove the reminder for that customer recurring transaction.  The problem is that it is no longer removing the reminder after it has been used.  I am having to click the option to "skip" the reminder to remove it off my dashboard task list.  I hope this helps explain the problem.  This is a new issue for me so I am assuming it happened after March 1, 2024 because that was the last time I used the dashboard tasks with no issue.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - Quickbooks Tech Support - Do not reply to this complaint with a generic "we are sorry for trouble you are experiencing" and let us know when this issue can be resolved.  If possible, please have someone at Tech Support contact me at monpainter @ yahoo.com or back on this thread.  The updates Quickbooks is making are not helpful.  I wish they would actually ask customers what they would like to see.  Thanks in advance for your assistance.
