Hi there, @bigsplashservice. We'll provide information about the Autopay feature and how your customers can utilize this option to pay their invoices inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Please know that the Autopay option requires an Intuit account before customers can access the feature inside their invoices. Thus, the system will ask for the account when setting up the feature inside the program, and they'll receive a confirmation once it's enabled or active. You'll also want to review the recurring template used for customer invoices and ensure it accepts online payments.

For further guidelines on how customers can access the feature, please see this handy article: Set up Autopay for recurring invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, we recommend checking this page to help you create personalized sales forms inside the program: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
