My customers don't recognize the Intuit email address. How can I have 2 options of e-mail addresses and select the relevant e-mail address accordingly in QBO?

I'll share some insights about managing company's email address in QuickBooks Online.
Currently the feature to select two emails when sending forms in QBO is unavailable.
 

As a workaround, you can only modify your email address by these steps below:
 

Go to Gear icon.
Select Account and settings.
On the left panel, click Company.
Edit Company email and Customer-facing email.
Click Save.
