My customers have not been able to pay me, I get emails from Quickbooks with "wants to pay youThey reviewed your invoice, but need more info.Reach out..." How do I fix?
My payment settings seem to all be fine but several customers can't seem to pay me even though my email template allows for CC payments accepted.
"( customer name) wants to pay you
They reviewed your invoice, but need some more info.
Reach out and let them know how you'd like to be paid." is the email I get from QuickBooks.
