Hello there, petewholesalellc.

Let me share some insights that could help you ensure your expenses add up for December.

Before anything else, can you tell us your specific bank to identify the most appropriate resolution?

On the other hand, if you notice missing transactions in QuickBooks Online that can be found on your bank or credit card statements, manually updating your bank feeds can help.

To begin with, proceed to these steps to download the latest available entries:

  1. Proceed to Transactions on the left pane.
  2. Choose Bank transactions.
  3. In the upper right corner, select Update.

After that, check your Banking menu to look for transactions that might be stuck on this page.

  1. On the left pane, select Transactions.
  2. Choose Bank transactions, then click on your bank or credit card account.
  3. Check on the For reviewCategorized, and Excluded tabs to find the missing entries.

For more information about the process above, please visit this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, you can also get transactions from your bank or credit cards and manually import them into QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, you might want to check these resources to help you organize and review your transactions to keep your book accurate:

Feel free to update us in the thread if you have additional questions when managing your transactions or other related concerns in QuickBooks Online. We can always lend a hand.
