My employee has accepted a Quickbooks invite and set up her account. On workforce app, she isn't able to log her time. She deleted and re-downloaded. How to remedy this?

I can see her employee profile on my end and see that she has accepted. I'm not sure how to help her?

Let me help provide you with steps to help your employee clock in on the Workforce app.

 

The admin or the manager needs to grant his employees the  Mobile Time Entry permission to clock in on the app. Without this permission, the employee will receive an error when clocking in.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. The admin needs to go into the web dashboard and select My Team.
  2. Open the team member profile and hit Permissions.
  3. Enable Mobile Time Entry to track time on the app after syncing.
