Hello there, @VoiceMan.

I'm here to share some steps to find your invoices and bills in your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.

First, search your transactions to see if they will appear. If they do, you can run the Verify and Rebuild tool to help identify if this is a data integrity problem.

Here's how:

  1. Select File, then select Utilities.
  2. Select Verify Data, then select OK to close all windows.
  3. If you see “Your data has failed the integrity check,” you need to rebuild your file to fix any errors or data damage that's found.
  4. Select File, then select Utilities.
  5. Select Rebuild Data, then select OK to close all windows.
  6. QuickBooks will ask you to make a backup before rebuilding your company file, select OK. If you don’t want to do a backup, select Cancel to continue rebuilding your company file.
  7.    a. If you haven’t set up any backup preferences, QuickBooks will ask you to update
  8.      them. Select Backup Preferences and edit as needed, then select OK.
  9.    b. When the backup's finished, select Show in Finder to locate the backup or select OK if you’re done.
  10. Once the rebuild is finished, select OK.

If you can't see them on your screen, you'll need to adjust your screen display.

Moreover, I'm adding this article as your reference in emailing your sales forms in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac: Email sales forms, invoices, and statements in QuickBooks Desktop.

Return to this post if you have other concerns about your invoices and bill entries in QuickBooks. I'll be here to lend a hand.

Thank you for the info. I followed your instructions to no avail. The entries in both invoices and bills to pay do not show up enough to see those entries, Barley visible if at all.

Run Verify/Rebuild Data utility. Did you encounter any error message?

Which MacOS do you run?

Hello I have the quickbook mobile app which I use to invoice clients on the go and to confirm payments. Within the last few days my data is not showing the invoice generated under my clients and it is not allowing me to see previous generated invoice did the past month for that client. And when I generated a new invoice 10 minutes ago it disappear

I appreciate the detailed information you've provided regarding your concern, Trader102. I'll gladly lend a hand so your invoices reflect on your QuickBooks (QB) app.

To proceed, let's refresh your QBO app. It helps reveal or update newly or previously generated invoices and other transactions in the program. Here's how:

For iOS devices:

  1. Open your QuickBooks app.
  2. Press the Settings menu and select General.
  3. Pick iPhone Storage. Then, choose the QuickBooks Online app.
  4. Tap Offload App to free up the app's data.

For Android devices:

  1. Open your QuickBooks app.
  2. Navigate to Menu ☰ and select More Options ⋮.
  3. Press Settings and choose Refresh Data.
  4. Confirm the action by tapping YES.

However, if the issue persists, please follow the steps from the Fix other app related issues section of this link to resolve the issue: Fix common errors in the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

You may also consider logging into your QBO account using your mobile browser to access and manage your invoices if the problem continues.

Additionally, to review the QuickBooks features available on your mobile device, you may check this link: Compare mobile app features. This way, you're guided with the functionality that you can use in the system.

I'm always here to provide needed assistance. If you have more concerns regarding your QB app invoices, kindly reply to this thread. Have a good one.
