Question

My full client list does not populate in the app. I can't see open invoices when I'm trying to collect while in the field. Why is this always broken?

Hello there, oakshad. Allow me to help you manage your client in QuickBooks.

To confirm, did you get any error message when trying to access your client using your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app? Any additional information would be much appreciated.

In the meantime, let's try to refresh your QBO app to resolve some data issues. To do so, you can follow the steps below:

For IOS device:

  1. Go to the Menu icon and press Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. If you get a prompt message, "Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes."
  4. Press Refresh to confirm.

For Android device:

  1. Go to the Menu icon, then press More Options ⋮.
  2. Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Also, you can try logging into your account using a web browser and then manage your client from there on.

In addition, you can review this article to help you manage your invoices in the QBO app: Customize invoices on the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

Never got any error messages. The app stops populating at random times. I've done the reset steps as well as the un/re-install method six different times now and, yes, that usually fixes this problem.

THE POINT IS this shouldn't be happening to begin with!!! What do I pay the subscription for!! FIX THIS LAZY ERROR!!

It is a little sad; your diction looks like a scam post, but it reads in almost the exact same way as the actual QuickBooks support staff.

Kind of makes you wonder.
