It's my pleasure to help you import your expenses from the Epson receipt manager, tknuth23.

In QuickBooks Online, you can apply filters to the Expenses tab. This way, you can display all expenses.

Here's how:

  1. On the left navigational panel, look for the Expenses tab.
  2. Beside the All transactions dropdown, click Filter.
  3. From there, you can clear your filters, including their Status, Delivery Method, Date, Payee, and Category.
  4. Once done, select Apply to save.

However, if it still doesn't show, you can import the expenses again to QBO using the Epson receipt manager.

Additionally, I'll add this article you can browse in case you need assistance easily managing expenses in QBO by recording, editing, and deleting them: Enter and manage expenses in QuickBooks Online.

You can always count on me if you need a hand handling your expenses in QuickBooks Online. Let me know in the comments below so I can back you up.
