My inventory item list is not showing up under products & services. How can I fix it?

I'm here to address your concern regarding the inventory item list on the product and services.

 

Upon reviewing our records, I found out that there is an ongoing investigation regarding this issue. Rest assured that our Product Engineering team is determined to find a solution and fix this problem as soon as possible.

 

Since you are experiencing this matter and we cannot provide a time period for the resolution, I recommend contacting our support team. In this way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and receive status updates through email.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. To get started, select one of the tabs:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers by selecting a suggestion or typing a question. Talk to a human for further help.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
