My invoice template has qty but my packing slip does not have qty. I need to have qty in the packing slip. There is no intuitive place to update the packing slip anywhere

I understand the importance of having the quantities of the items included in the packing slip, Ego. No worries, I'm here to help you fix this up.

I've checked on my end and see the QTY display when creating a packing slip. With this, can you send us a screenshot of your screen to better help and provide a solution that fits your concern?

In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to see if the issue is within your browser. Please know that cache can affect the performance of the program.

You can access your account in an incognito or private browser. You can follow the keyboard shortcuts below for your reference:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

You can proceed with printing your packing slip and see if you can see the QTY there. If this works, you can clear your browser's cache. By doing so, you are deleting the cache in your browser and starting with a clean slate.

In addition, you can check this article to customize your invoice and other sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online

Don't hesitate to come back into this thread if you have other questions about managing your packing slips or any QuickBooks-related inquiries. I'll be here 24/7 to assist you. Have a wonderful day!
