Hello Vitor, I'm here to assist you with using your template in your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

After creating a new template, it's important to set it as the default template to ensure that changes are reflected in your sales forms. QuickBooks uses the first custom template you create as the default for invoices, sales receipts, and estimates. To change the default custom template, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and then select Custom form styles.
  2. Find your template.
  3. Select the dropdown ▼ in the Action column.
  4. Select Make default. You'll see (default) displayed by the default template name.

Additionally, when creating an invoice, make sure to select the template you've created. On the Invoice window page, click Customize and choose the template.

To correct your template, reopen the invoice you've created and select the right template in the Customize section. You can search for the transaction using the magnifying glass.

For additional reference about personalizing sales forms and managing your templates, you can check out this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QBO.

If you have any more questions about applying your templates to your sales, feel free to ask. I'm here to help.
