Question

My invoice was paid on 9/18 and it says “! In Review” “check your email”. No emails received and now it’s been 6 business days.

Does quickbooks provide customer service?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, Shawna. Yes, QuickBooks does offer customer service, and I'm here to help you resolve this. I'd like to provide some information on why your invoice is In Review status. 
 

It's possible that your payment account is new since it takes a bit longer to deposit your funds while we set up your merchant account. This typically will take five business days.

 

Additionally, invoices paid with the status In Review will clear on their own after they get deposited in your bank account. If there's an issue with the payment, we'll send an email notification with instructions on how to fix it.

 

Since it's already been six business days and you have not received an email, I recommend contacting our support team to check if there are any issues with the payment.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to (?) Help. This opens the QuickBooks Assistant window.
  3. In the Assitant field, enter your inquiry.
  4. Press Enter on your keyboard to send it.
  5. Click the Search tab, then click Contact Us to speak with a representative.
