My invoices won’t email through quickbooks because it says it can’t make the pdf.

Just to clarify, are you unable to attach a PDF when sending invoices? Did you receive any error messages? Knowing this would help me address your needs accurately.

 

In the meantime, let's download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub. This tool is designed to fix common errors that you may encounter while working in QuickBooks. Here's how:

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.3) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
  6. Once opened, look for Program Problems.
  7. Select QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool. It will take about a minute to run.
  8. Email as a PDF from QuickBooks Desktop again.
