My mobile app isn't accepting vendor names already acknowledged in the system as existing. What's going on?

I want to make sure that the steps I will be providing are effective in resolving the issue you experienced. With that, I'll take it that you encounter either of the situations below.

 

If the name you add isn't listed as either a customer, vendor, or employee, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Here's how:

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Tap the Menu ☰  icon, and select Help & Feedback.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh again.

 

For Android device:

 

  1. Select More Options from the Menu ☰  icon.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Select Yes.

 

If the name you want to enter is already listed, you will be unable to save it since the system is commanded to reject duplicate names in order to prevent messing up your account. If you wish to use the same name, you may include a special character on its name to differ which is which.
