We'll help you monitor the status of your customer payments inside QuickBooks Online (QBO), Mortiz.

Before anything else, please know that the deposit speed of your product can also affect the estimated time frame for when customer payments will be deposited into your account. If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, processing may take a while because we're still setting up your account. Once it's done, your future transactions will get through smoothly, and you won't be experiencing any delay. To check the deposit speed of your current subscription, these are the steps:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company,
  2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab.
  4. Review the Deposit Speed section.
