My phone app is having issues. It doesn't show all my expenses and I can't upload new expenses using snap receipt. It says extracting info and never does.

Hi there, starkI have the steps we can take to fix your concerns about expenses in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mobile app.

 

We can run certain steps to eliminate common problems that may arise while using the application. To begin with, we can clear the app data to refresh it and eliminate any errors that could be causing you unable to see and upload expenses via snap receipt.

 

To start, please ensure you're connected to the internet then perform the steps below:

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  3. Choose the Offload App button.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

Once resolved, you can start using the snap receipt functionality and refer to Step 2: Review, add, or match receipts section in this article to start reviewing, and categorizing them: Upload your receipts to QuickBooks Online.
