Thanks for posting in the Community, @kalelemaster-gma. Let me share helpful information regarding the missing bank statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Commonly, QuickBooks downloads transactions from your financial institution for up to 90 days, depending on the bank. Others cater for up to 24 months.

However, for us to get prior transactions, we can manually upload the transactions from your financial institution and import them to QuickBooks.

Moreover, if you're referring to getting the statements directly to QuickBooks, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Connect your bank account.
  2. Here's the list of supported banks.
  3. Select Enroll from the bank reconcile page to sign up.

To get your bank statements:

  1. In QuickBooks, go to Settings, then select Reconcile. (We can also select Reconcile from the Transactions tab in the MENU ▼).
  2. From the Account drop-down, select the account you want to reconcile.
  3. If you see the View statements option, you can get your bank statements directly from your bank for this account. Select View statements to see your available statements.
  4. When you're ready, select Start reconciling or Resume reconciling.

Additionally, I've included this article for your reference to learn how to close your books and prevent changes to past transactions: Close your books in QuickBooks Online.
