My QB Self-Employed is no longer processing my receipts that I forward it. Any idea how to fix this? I think it's happening because a previous receipt is stuck as pending
I am thinking if I can delete that pending transaction that is stuck, it will continue processing my receipts. I noticed it stopped processing my forwarded receipts when the one document/receipt got stuck in pending. But I see no option to delete it on the web version or mobile version. Can someone please help me, my tax extension is due asap
