I'm here to ensure you can send your data to TurboTax, richmela326.

First, review the vehicle setup in Mileage to verify all the entered information is accurate. The date you bought the vehicle must be older than the date placed in service, and the total miles are correct. Then, ensure you properly categorize your trips and expenses related to vehicles.

Here's how to check your vehicle information and miles:

  1. Click the Miles tab on the left panel.
  2. In the Mileage window, ensure the total miles is correct.
  3. Select Manage vehicles to make sure all information is accurate.
  4. Hit Save.

To check your trips and expenses related to vehicles, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Transactions on the left panel.
  2. In the Type dropdown, choose Spending. In the Date dropdown, click Last year.
  3. Locate the expenses related to vehicles and ensure they're all correctly categorized.

After doing so and the issue persists, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, accumulated cache files in your browser cause unexpected problems. Start by opening your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account in a private or incognito window. Refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you can proceed with sending your data, go to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the page and start with a clean slate. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers

I'll be around to help you if you have other questions about managing your vehicle expenses or exporting your data to TurboTax. Take care!
