My receipts are not showing up. How do I troubleshoot?

Hello there, gdowds. 

 

Let me help you view the receipts in your QuickBooks Online account.

 

We can customize the sales transactions to a specific date and type of transaction to show them. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales on the left panel.
  2. Within the All Sales tab, click the Filter drop-down arrow.
  3. In the Type menu, select Sales receipt. If you received using the Receive Payment feature, select the Money received option.
  4. Make the dates are set up correctly.
  5. Then, Apply.

That will do. You can take a look at the sample screenshot below for additional reference:

 

If the receipts are still not showing, we can use an incognito window. This type of window doesn’t store any cache that causes a browser to load slowly or experiencing unusual behavior. Here are the shortcut keys you can use depending on the browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, go to your regular browser and clear its cache to prevent any unexpected behavior. Another way is to use other compatible browsers in QBO.

I have the same issue as the OP. I've followed the steps from QB Support and do see the receipts. However, It didn't seem like that solved my problem. How do I group several receipts into a deposit in my bank account, When they are not showing in the To Deposit list of receipts?
