My landing page has changed and I no longer have a Custom Reports tab.  The reports are there, but I have to start typing a report name into a search box to get the list of available reports.  (Also there is no Help function on the page.)  The system administrator has confirmed that my access allows me to View Company Reports.  Thanks.

Thank you for contacting us, @JackTreas. I've checked from my end and everything, appears to be displaying correctly. It seems that the issue could be originating from your side. Let's go through some basic troubleshooting steps involving your browser to see if we can restore the Custom Reports tab and the Help function on your page.

To start, please open a private browser or incognito mode using the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once you are in private browsing mode, navigate to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) website and attempt to log in to your QuickBooks Online account to check if the interface displays correctly. If you're able to connect successfully in private browsing mode, this typically indicates that there's a need to clear the cache in your usual browser to refresh the system settings. If you still experience issues while in private browsing, I recommend trying a different supported browser to see if the problem persists. This approach will help us pinpoint and resolve the issue effectively.

Additionally, I've included these links for your future reference regarding your custom reports:

You can always go back to us if you still have further questions regarding your interface. We're here to assist you!

Hi,

I logged in in private browsing and got the same (problem) landing page.  I cleared the cache and logged in again and got the same landing page.  I am using Firefox 136.0.1 (64-bit) which Firefox says is up to date.
