Temporary data like a cache of the application installed can sometimes affect your experience when using the mobile application. In this case, you'll want to cleanse the app to restore it to its default setup. If you're using an Android device, these are the steps:

 

  1. Modify the Wi-Fi data connection on your device to 4G.
  2. You'll want to close and restart the app.
  3. After restarting the app, clear the data. To do this:
  • Open your device Settings.
  • select Apps (varies by device).
  • Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  • Select clear data.

      4. Reboot the device.

      5. Lastly, uninstall and reinstall the app.
