My "tab into next field and into next row", in our QB Online created invoice worked yesterday 5/2/24 but it does not work today. Its not browser/incognito. Help please?

We've received similar cases or reports about the Tab key not moving to the next line while creating a transaction in QBO. I recommend contacting our support team to have your name added to the affected users and receive emails with updates on the case.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click (?) Help.
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:

  • Get a call back from the next available expert.
