With QuickBooks, running Detail versions of standard reports only applies to QBO Essentials, Plus, and Advanced versions. If you're subscribed to the QBO Simple Start trial version, the Vendor Balance Detail report won't appear because this plan doesn't include a billing feature.
However, if you aren't using a Simple Start version, sometimes stored cache files within your regular browser can cause an interruption in using our features. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to rule out the potential of a webpage issue. That said, I'd suggest opening your QBO trial account in a private browser. Please refer to these keyboard shortcuts to open one:
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
If you're able to run the report, you can return to the default browser and clear its cache.
