My web based access isn't launching properly. The menu in the left margin shows only Home and Clients.

It was fine yesterday evening and earlier this morning. Then it just went off the rails.

Currently, there's an investigation into QuickBooks Self-Employed users missing some tabs. That said, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team so they can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive an email notification when an update becomes available about this matter.

 

Here's how to do that:

 

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. Click Contact Us
  3. Enter "Talk to a human", and then select Continue.
  4. Choose to Chat with us or Have us call you.
