Need a list of Customers who haven't had a transaction in the last 2 years

We can run the Transaction List by Customer report to generate a list of names and dates, Rachel. This way, we can scan through it and proceed with inactivating the ones who have not engaged in any business activity in the last two years.

Pulling up a specific report showing customers with their last transaction date during a period is unavailable. As a workaround, we can note the names to verify those with estimates or sales in the previous term. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Reports on the left pane and search for Transaction List by Customer in the search bar.
2. Select All Dates under the Report period.
3. On the Filter icon, click +Add another filter to choose Transaction type on the first box, equals on the second, and estimate or sales transactions like invoices on the third.
4. Tailor the report according to your needs using the Columns, Group by, and General options.

Once done, hover your mouse over the More actions dropdown menu to Export to Excel. Please know that the customers not included in that report indicate they have no associated transactions. In this case, we can compare the exported report, go through each name, and compare it to your customer's list.

After verifying, you can begin deleting customers you no longer do business with to organize them. By doing so, they'll be hidden from lists and menus.
