Need a report that shows all employees hourly rate?

Hello all, I can't believe I cannot figure out how to do this, but I'm at a loss.  I need a very simple report that will show essentially two things: 1) each employees name, and 2) their current hourly wage.  Any ideas how to accomplish this?

Hi, @THEGECCO. I'd be glad to assist you today. 

 

You can consider running the Employee Contact List report in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to show data on your employees' names and their current hourly wages. Here are the customizations you can follow:

 

  1. In your QBDT, go to the Reports menu.
  2. From Employees & Payroll, select Employee Contact List.
  3. Click on Customize Report.
  4. Select the Display tab, and put a checkmark for Earnings 1/Rate, Earnings 2/Rate, and the rest of the earnings columns if applicable. 
  5. If you only need the employees' names and their current hourly wage, you can uncheck the following:
    a. SS No.
    b. Address
    c. Gender
    d. Main Phone
  6. Hit OK.
