New Invoice Style: Copy and Paste items??

Trying to figure out the new invoice style and functions.

How do I select multiple line items? Useful for moving lines around and organizing.

How do I copy and paste lines? Is it possible to duplicate a block of items?

Or simple way, is there a way to revert to the old invoice style?

I can imagine the hurdle you've been through when trying to manage invoices with its current feature layout, jqu. I'll make sure to provide accurate details to address your concerns.

The option to move and copy-paste line items is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I can see having this option would be beneficial to your business. I recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program.

Here's how to submit feedback:

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon on the upper right side.
  2. Click Feedback under Profile.
  3. Type your suggestion in the box and tap Next.

Also, reverting to the old experience is unavailable. Our developers have implemented changes to the form's design, aiming to improve the invoicing experience for both new and existing customers. These enhancements focus on simplifying navigation and making it more user-friendly.

Additionally, I've got you this article in case you'd like to customize your sales form to match your business in QBO: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
