New Invoice System

If you're referring to billable expenses you incur on a customer's behalf when performing work for them, you can easily record and track them so customers can reimburse you.

Initially, you'll need to turn on your billable expense feature if you haven't yet.

Here's how:
 

1. Use the Gear icon, then go to Account and settings.
2. Access your Expenses tab.
3. From the Bills and expenses section, click Edit. This will be displayed as a Pencil icon.
4. Turn on your Make expenses and items billable, Track expenses and items by customer, and Show Items table on expense and purchase forms options.
5. If necessary, set a Markup rate, Sales tax charge, and Billable expense tracking.
6. Enter the bill payment terms.
7. Select Save.

Once you've activated your feature, you can enter billable expenses and add them to invoices.
