New Invoices
It is an absolute shame that QB set up the new invoices for the essentials account to only service businesses that sell & ship merchandise. We are a small service-oriented business, and we are required by law to have our business license on our invoice by our company information or pay exorbitant fines. QB does not provide a line for that or let us use other lines that are there (ie: website & email) for it. There is nowhere for a Job Site and if you were to choose to use the ship to for the Job Site it adds shipping costs, shipping numbers, etc. It is an all or nothing. QB was never user-friendly to service business which is why we designed our own invoices and cannot use now. It is not cost-effective for us to upgrade just to use our own invoices, that we designed, as it goes up to $100.00 and after 3 months it will be $200.00 a month vs. $60. We are a Mom & Pop part-time business that does not utilize all the features we have now. So, upgrading does not make financial sense. It seems to me that QB is just looking to price us out. If there is not a quick reasonable solution, we will have to start looking into what other options we may have. Anyone have any suggestions?
