New search bar on every report after upgrade

It's understandable to feel the way you do in getting rid of something you can't, @trdspec. The new search bar in every report is one of the fields added with the update of QuickBooks Desktop(QBDT).

The search field helps you find any entry you want faster inside the report. However, getting rid of this is currently not possible.
