New search button in the recent update doesn’t work when searching for customers on using the invoices. No search bar appears in customers or in invoices. iPad 17.5.1

Thanks for telling us what happened to the Search bar after updating to the latest version of iPad, AngelaW.

 

I wanted to let you know that we had an investigation about this issue a few days ago. Our engineering team deployed a fix to resolve the missing customers in the mobile app. 

 

Aside from updating your OS, I'd also recommend updating the app . This will apply the fix and ensure compatibility on your device.

 

Just in case the same thing happens, you can also try temporarily uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Let me share the steps for that:

 

  1. Tap and hold the QBO mobile app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.
