Welcome to the Community, Tracy. I can assist you in managing your estimates in QuickBooks Online.

Although you can't directly change the header of an estimate to a quote, you can create a custom form template that displays the word "Quote" instead. Here's what you can do:

  1. Click on the Gear icon at the top of the page, then select Custom form styles under Your Company.
  2. Choose Estimate from the New Style drop-down on the Custom form styles page.
  3. On the Design tab, name your custom template.
  4. Tap the Content tab, then click on the top part of the form to edit it.
  5. Check the Form names box on the Form section. Enter Quote on the Estimate box.
  6.  Fill in any other necessary information, then click Done.

Once you're done, you can apply the custom template to your estimates, and the word Quote will appear once you click the Print or Preview button.

In addition, you can save time by sending or printing your estimates in bulk instead of one at a time. This feature can make your task more efficient.

I'm always around to back you up if you need assistance handling your estimates within the program. I'm available around the clock to help you achieve your objectives. Have a good one.
