No amount column for checks on iPhone QBO

I am trying to create a check on my iPhone QuickBooks online version. I’m able to enter all fields come up, but there’s no place to enter the dollar amount for the check.

To resolve this issue, let's refresh your data to see the latest available information in your QuickBooks Online mobile app. Here's how to do it in the iOS operating system:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Head to General.
  3. Tap iPhone Storage, and then navigate to the QuickBooks Online app.
  4. Hit Offload App.

 

This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data. If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app. You may use this link to install the app again on your iPhone: QuickBooks Accounting on the App Store.

 

In the meantime, you can write checks using the browser on your device as a workaround.

It didn’t work. I can send

screen shots.  It’s working on my desktop, but not my phone

  4. Start entering your concern, then select Let's Talk.

  • Search tab and click on Contact Us to connect with a support expert.
