Hello!

I am trying to run a transaction list report of a bank account and see all of the items in the account that were marked as billable. However, when i run a "transaction list by account" report, there is no option in the columns for "billable". Am I missing something? How can I identify which transactions were billable or not? I am using quickbooks desktop Pro Plus. Thank you!

Welcome to the Community, @CollaborateArch.

I'll help you run a Transaction List report that will show the billing status in QuickBooks Desktop.

You can run a Transaction List by Customer report. Customize the report to add a column for Billing Status.

Here's how:

  1. From the top menu, choose Reports.
  2. Hover your mouse to the Customers & Receivables.
  3. Select Transaction List by Customer.
  4. Click the Customize Report button.
  5. Under the Display tab, tick the checkbox for the Billing status.
