No option to enter a product/service on a sales receipt

Your efforts towards resolving the issue are highly appreciated. I'd like to provide some helpful tips to ensure that you have the option to enter the product and services on your sales receipt.

You'll want to make sure that the Show Product/Service column on sales forms is turned on. That way, you'll be able to see the option to add products and services to your sales receipt.

Here's how:

1.  Go to the Gear icon, then click on Account and Settings.
2. Tap on the Sales tab.
3. Select Edit in the Products and Services section.
4. Turn on the Show Product/Service column on sales forms.
5. Click Save and Done.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our support team by going to the Help menu. They are more equipped to check your account and help further investigate your concern. For detailed steps, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
