Question

None of my contractors received their 1099 forms. Not via email or mail. My system says processed 1/23, mail and email. Nobody has anything???

Let me help send your 1099 forms and direct you to the best possible support to review their status.

 

Since your contractors weren't able to receive their 1099s. As a workaround, you can manually print or download it on your end and send it to them. Or you can let your contractors open their QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account to view and print on their end. Keep in mind, that only those contractor you invited and set up their own W9 have this account.

 

Also, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online Payroll Care Team. They will pull up your account in a safe environment and check the root cause of the issue. Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
