Thanks for getting in touch with the Community, millerag32.

If you're referring to a tax form you e-filed through QuickBooks, you can access archived payroll forms from your Payroll tax screen.

Here's how:
 

1. In the left navigation bar, go to Taxes, then Payroll tax.
2. Click Archived forms and filings under your Filings tab. All available forms will be listed in this location.
3. Find the form you're looking for and select its View option.

The available period for archived forms isn't unlimited, instead, it only extends back for a year or two. In the event you need to archive a form from an earlier period, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team for assistance with archiving it.

1. Use the Help (?) icon.
   
   
    
2. Click Contact Us.
   
   
    
3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.
   
   
    
4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.
