On Invoices that have been sent via Email It used to show at the bottom of the invoice when the email was sent and also when the customer viewed the invoice thats gone?

Hi there, @JohnL11. I'm here to provide a couple of options to help you identify the cause of not being able to see the status change of an invoice.

 

By default, you can track your invoice status from the moment you send it to when your customer views it. There are two ways to check the status of an invoice: by opening the Invoice list under the Sales section and clicking on the transaction, or by viewing it in the invoice sheet.

However, I'd suggest using a private browser if the Viewed status doesn't appear after performing the recommended solution. This is to help us identify the cause of the problem. Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it works, clear your browser's cache and cookies so the system can start fresh, this removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. If you get the same result, I recommend switching to another supported browser.
