On the app, I can no longer see invoices over 12 months. Solutions?

The QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app only displays the most recent invoices you created, bdaman. No worries. I can provide an alternative way to view your invoices for the past 12 months.

 

To add this feature to the mobile app, I recommend sending feedback to our product engineers for them to review and consider adding this in future updates. Please follow the steps below based on your device type.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Select the Menu button, then tap the Gear icon.
  2. Click on the vertical ellipsis ⋮ in the upper-right corner.
  3. Choose Feedback, then type in your product suggestions.
  4. Hit Send Feedback.

 

For iOS devices:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon, then select Help & Feedback.
  2. Choose App Feedback.
  3. Type in your feedback and product suggestions.

 

As a workaround, you can open your QBO account using your phone's browser and filter the date of your invoices there. Ensure to include the date for the past 12 months for them to show.

 

Additionally, you can also receive invoice payments within the app.
