Good morning, @TIMORLANG.

I'm here to show you how to change the size/space of the width of the columns of the Invoice List. No worries, this will take no time with the adjustment.

For any report or list in QuickBooks Online, you can adjust the width of the columns to show more or less information. Here's how you can do this with the Invoice List:

  1. Go to the Sales tab on the left-hand menu, then go to Invoices.
  2. Hover between the header of the columns until you see the scale width icon.
  3. Click and drag to edit the width.

That's all there's to it! Now you'll be able to view all the information for your Invoice List.

Let me know if there's anything else that I can help you with today. I'm just a Reply away!

Thank you very much. You have saved me years of frustration. It is not immediately noticeable that  this functionality exists (similar to that in Excel). However, it is brilliant that it does and on other pages and reports as well - for me namely when viewing invoices.

Thank you so much. I thought it would be stupid to ask; but I am very happy that I did.

Cheers,
Tamer
