Question

On the iPad app its showing older invoice that are paid as past due , but when I’m on the website login they are not . Anyone know how to fix this ?

Welcome to the Community, accentaudio. Let's work together to resolve your invoice problem in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.

 

To begin, please refresh your data to see the latest available information in your QBO app.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.
  4. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

If refreshing the app doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

Additionally, you can also receive your customer's payments within the app.
