Once the Projections window is open the only way to close it is to refresh the page from the search bar. The "X" and "SAVE" buttons do not work.

In the meantime, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, the security settings of your device can prevent QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) from working.

To fix potential browser issue. Refer to these keyboard shortcuts to launch an incognito window or private browser:

• For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
• For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
• For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

In addition to that, you may try opening your account in a different browser. This could be an issue with the browser that you're using. Once it works from there, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
