One of my newly onboarded contractors can't find my company account after logging into the app using the credentials I provided them. They got the email invitation.

Thanks for posting your concern, Harpa. Let me help you determine why the contractors can't find the account using their credentials in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

One possible reason is that the contractors may have accessed their contractor app directly using the credentials provided. When you send invitations to your contractors, they will receive an email containing an invitation login link. Once they click the link they will have the option to either sign in using the credentials or to create a new account.

 

To fix this, ensure that they first click the Let's Go! hyperlink in the email to access the login page. After that, they should enter the provided credentials to activate their account. This will allow them to access the company accounts.
