One of my Payee's from our local Chamber of Commerce is getting connection requests from my QuickBooks online account. How do I make this stop? They charge my card.

Hello there, aasittersanddogw. I'm here to ensure you stop getting connection requests in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You can remove a connection or withdraw an invitation at any time. The business remains a saved contact in your Customer or Vendor List. Invoices that are sent or received between you and the saved contact will no longer in the Business Network. Let me guide you through these steps.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to Sales, then Customers.
  3. Select the Business Network icon or the invitation sent badge.
  4. Select Remove.
