Online banking and importing from new digital bank account

I need to download my banking transactions and it is requiring me to import a statement first. (My credit union switched to a digital format, assuming this is the issue.) The downloaded transactions from the correct account (business checking) come in .csv, the statement which includes all accounts including ones I don't want to import are in .pdf. Neither are available for importing (greyed out).

I need to get this done!
