Welcome to the Community, matt

I'm here to assist you in handling your business address, where you already updated it, and still, the old address shows up in your invoices.

To resolve this issue, you can modify the address by accessing the Company settings. Here are the steps you can follow:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings.
  2. Click Company, then click the pencil icon in the Address section.
  3. Mark the Same as the company box from the Customer-facing address section if you want the same address to appear on your sales form.
  4. Uncheck the box if you want to enter a different address where your customers can contact you. This is also the address printed on your sales forms. Do the same if you want to add it under Legal address.
  5. Click Save. Then, Done

If issue persists, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser.
